• You grant Libra a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services.
Libra does not claim ownership of user content.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes only.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.
• Libra does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or performance outcomes.

6. Subscriptions & Payments
• Some features require payment.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Pricing and features may change with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property
All Libra software, branding, and proprietary technology are owned by Libra Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. App Store & Platform Terms
Your use of the Services may also be subject to third-party platform terms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). Libra is solely responsible for the Services, not the platform provider.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Libra disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Libra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Libra’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Libra in the preceding 12 months.

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

You may stop using the Services at any time. Libra may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform or enforce these Terms.
